Default 4 lug rear disc
I scavenged a complet 4 lug rear disc set-up off a late 80's T-bird SC. Has anyone done this swap? Do I need to change my axels for thsi swap?

yes you will along with the backing plates and add the flex lines off the sc not to terribly complicated to do good luck
