the headlights and the radio dont work, there are wires hanging down from under the steering wheel and i dont know what to do.. everythnig else works fine..what should i do? the person i bought it from said they had some keyless starter or entry thing put in but i dunno if that ha snaything to do with it becasue that doesnt work eather.

The wires are most likely from the alarm. Check your fuses.

most likely the alarm was tapped into the headlight circuit to flash the lights in the event of an unauthorized entry...you'll need to look under there and see if you can see wires that were cut that need to be rejoined...or get the appropriate diagram and trace the circuit and wire colors and make sure none are cut

ok, ya there is definately some wires cut so ill see what i can do.
