Alternator Question??

Hey guys, can anyone tell me if I can run a 150 amp alternator rather then the stock 130 amp on my 94 mustang gt. Will it over charge my battery? Do I have to make any mods? Im not running any extra electrical components. I have stock stereo. Engine is virtually stock other then bolt ons. Please help.
