How do i get a snapped roller rocker bolt?

How do i get a snapped roller rocker bolt?
The bolt holding down my roller rockers on my Gt40s had to much lift and snapped a bolt in half...now the bottom part of the bolt snapped and the threads are stuck in my heads now...Should i use a drill?
