Theres MANY things that CAN be upgraded. Everything depends on how far you go with it. Do you also plan on doing a H/C/I swap in the process? These key parts is what will make your motor. Except to look into fuel & ignition upgrades to start with.

you'll need a decent h/c/i and depending on how mild to aggressive you want the 347 24lb or even 30 lb injectors with larger fuel pump and adjustable fpr and full exhaust and gears...this is a bare min list

well if you really want to max the 347 potential it's the best way to go..expect to spend 5-6 k to make it run like it was meant too

I know I am gonna catch #### for saying it, but if you went with a carb setup you could probably save yourself a couple of grand.

why is that? I bought an EFI intake for $370, 70mm TB for $65, 30# injectors for $110

sounds like the same amount of money you would spend CONVERTING to a carb setup (ya know... since you need a new disty and all for carb)

Usually in my little experience, I have found that EFI setups and tunes usually run a couple of grand over a carb setup. Of course I will preface that I don't know anything about EFI in terms of self tuning etc, so the carb setup is better in my case.

Since your efi, i would keep it that way. If i was starting over i'd go with carb. No surging issue's if you know how to properly tune, and the engine bay will look much better.
