I was stut off my car and the starter started to spin, could it be the starter solenoid, or a ignition switch. Wires to the starter are new and i checks that and they look good.

Do you have a soleniod on your starter, or is it a one wire starter? Take the s-terminal wire off the fender mounted relay and see if it stops. Ifyou have a soleniod on your starter make sure thepositive cable is not touching the s-terminal. Make sure nothing is shorting to the fender mounted relay. Last resort fender relay is bad or soleniod on starter is bad. Most likely cause is incorrect wiring if this happened after you replaced the cables. If power is being sent to the s-terminal wire on the fender relay with the ignition off suspect the ignition switch.
