Default Question for SN-95 guys w/ tubular k-member

is this mod a bolt in deal or is the stock k-member rivited in place? I know that there are bolts but is that all that is holding it in? Is there a way to do this w/o pulling the motor? Thanks for the help

yes it's a bolt in deal..but you'll need to remove the rack or pull it out of the way..I had to remove the steering shaft on mine....but none the less it's not that bad......I had my motor out but if you are doing it with the motor in place..you'll need to support the engine from above with a craddle or brace...you can build something

Yyou could probably rent an engine cradle from like Autozone or something. The idea you have will not only get in the way but just plain not work.
