that could be it if ya have a cloged filter it could be drasticly effecting the fuel system, that would be a cheap thing to replace even if it is not the problem but it could be.

yeah id really hope that would be it and i doubt it would cause the winding noise i hear, but its almost like a very loud air blowing noise, so im going to replace the filter today and see if that helps any, because i doubt it has ever been changed, the stock spark plugs were on the car when i bought it

Hard to believe someone would actually trust a car going 130 and not know enough about his car to change a fuel filter, or even where it is. Scary. I used to drive my bike like a butthead until I heard about a friend who's drive chainbroke, and it wrapped around his rear wheel. Any idea what happens when your back wheel locks up going 90?? Neither did he. His widow now hates motorcycles, and I imagine his kids will too.
Ease up hotrod. You aren't proving anything to anyone.

My mistake. I apologize. I had just read a thread about someone that did not know where the FF is located. After reading through this thread I still had that in my mind. Still, keep it safe.

A fuel filter makes a great deal of a difference..... you'd notice the change drastically.......
And if it is the problem your car is starving.... AND driving like that is putting it in even more pain

2 things for sure::

Driving like that - you'll wrap that thing around a tree or kill someone...
Fuel filter::: 5 dollars & 5 minutes.... Replace it!!
