Ok well I tried readjusting the cluth the way the manual says to "pull up on the clutch pedal and specified intervals. this procedure will separate the adjuster pawl from the adjuster quadrant and allow the clutch mechanism to self-adjust." So i tried the just i dont know when the hell the SPECIFIED intervals are since it don't say. Does the car have to be off, on, driving or what? how many intrevals?

OK I'll defintaly look into the clutch quadrant, cable, and firewall adjuster. BUt that will have to be done next week. For the time being abyone know how to adjust the clutch, what intervals was the manual talking about?

in the front of the haynes manual i think it says every 3 or 5000 miles... something like that. Its really not a big deal and probably not the cause of the problem.

The doner car of the T-5 I will eventually put into my car has an adjustable clutch quadrant, and the clutch is also King Cobra, so maybe I will learn from this thread, hehe.

you could add a firewall adjuster too for fine adjustments to the cable

i dont think it is an adjusting matter, when you put a clutch in it should be smooth, i say the clutch is no good or the flywheel needs surfaced, like i said before just cose it is new dosent mean anything. i put a spec clutch in my car and it chatted really bad from new first day it did it, damn pice of **** i dont recomend them, i have a frpp heavy duty now and i love it
