88 black horse

I have a 88 5.0 with under drive plys, msd ign, and a new exhaust. the problem im having with it is at high rpms it loses power nd i pulled the plugs and saw they where kinda white i have checked the timing and its right it has a new fuel pump the only nd new pvc valve. Or does it run like that bc they didnt put the o2 sensors back in it. What do yall think it is plz help I dont want to **** any think up thank yall

try running a koeo/koer test

I could be wrong but normally not having o2 sensors would cause the injection system to run in a fail-safe mode and run rich, as to save you from running too lean and burnin up.

I have no o2 sensors in my car and it smells like raw gas half the time.

DIY KOEO/KOER/Cylinder Balance Self-Test ...don't gue$$, and no.....not having the O2 sensors connected should cause that problem.

Provided you don't have any other failures, the system "estimates" A/F feedback based on the other sensors input and sets fuel trim based on tables vs. coolant temp, rpms, load, etc.
