Just Bought New Engine Cam and Head Question
Alright well i just bought a new short block for my 88 5.0 GT and it is rated to push 350hp to 400hp with head and cam swap. Right now i dont really have the money for heads but was wondering what kind of cam i should get for a daily driver but good performance adder. Also if i do heads and cam would i need to change to mass air? And then if i do would i need to get bigger injectors? With the short block it came with brand new stock cam. I was also wondering what kind of money i might be able to get for that to help me for money for a new cam. If anyone could help that would be great. Thanks!!!!!

u think i would need to change to mass air with just a cam swap? Just want to get the Cam done now that i have the new engine still out. I can do the heads later on when i have more money.

alright well for the whole kit i seen that it is a max of 400 bucks. So i will have to do some searchin around. Thanks Alot!! And if there is anything else i need to know for an Head/Cam swap don't be shy to tell people!!!

well now that i know the cam that i am going to get for a daily driver what would be a good set of heads for a good amount of power but still good for a daily driver? If anyone has some ideas dont be shy to tell. THANKS!!!!
