Default HCI Swap Help!!!

I have no clue where to start with a HCI swap for my 94 Mustang. The list of bolt-ons so far are on my signature below. Just starting to learn on the amazing process of fixing up a Mustang. Can anyone explain to me what is a HCI swap, what brand should I get, how much are they, and how much HP will I gain? Any info provided will be greatly apreciated.

the best brand is debatable, you will have to search around yourself and decide whats right for you. Some companies offer packages so you can just bolt it on and go butyou will almost always make more power by piecing together your own kit.As far as power a decent H/C/I swap sould get you around 300-320rwhp

i heard from 67mustang302 about the new edelbrock 170 heads that are supposed to flow as good or better than the afr 185's yet they have smaller runners to keep the velocity up. they sound like the new "best" head out there

AFR 165cc or AFR 185cc.

Performer intake for more street action and the Holley intake for more street/strip action.

Get a custom camshaft. That is always the "best."

Ed Curtis @ www.flowtechinduction.com will get you what you need. He can get you everything from the heads to the gaskets and then some.

Here is a write-up I did for doing a h/c/i swap: Link.
