Default Seat Belts

Does anyone know if you have to take the front seats out to replace the front seat belt buckles? Also, has anyone bought a kit from latemodelresto or a company like this and if so, does it come with the appropriate sizedallen head to fit the bolts?

I was just doing seat belts. its going to be ALOT ALOT ALOT easier to take out your seats... it'll take like 10 minutes MAX to take out your seats. you'll spend way more than that trying to move the seat back and forth trying to get your tools in there. i do not know about if it icomes with the right "torque" to take out the belt bolts but ik you can go to napa, advanced auto,..ect and get the right one for like 4 bucks. hope all goes well. I figured it would be way easier to do it with the deats out and my belts keep on locking up everytime I put pressure on them, so it time I just get new one's. It takes like 5 minutes per side to keep pulling/releasing pressure on the belts before you can get enough of it out to go into the buckle.

I thought I saw one kit that came with the appropriate torque socket to take the belt bolts out, but no big deal either way.

Thanks for the feedback.
