got new rims and tires on my car (well there used, but new too me) since my friend crashed my car and screwed up a rim and blew the front right tire

Now i have a bump, pretty sure its comming from the front, feels like i have something stuck to or in the tire but theres nothing, wondering if this is just a flat spot probably

It gets worse when coasting down or at a steady speed, would that suggest alignment or maybe balance

if its anything worth mentioning, my steering wheel sits slightly askew from where it usually did, about a 1/4 inch off level

well i was running 16*8 inch wheels with pretty thin tires (they looked insanley stupid but were cheap and gripped good) and now i have 15's with 215 60r15's on the front
