Default Water pump

I've got a 95' gt and I am about to replace the radiator with a new aluminum rad. I am thinking about replacing the water pump too. I am curious what kind of water pump you all are running or what would you suggest. Oh, I only have a few things done to the car; CAI, shorties, O/R x-pipe, and flowmaster. I just ordered some underdrive pullies.

If the water pump is workin fine, it doesnt wobleand doesnt leakdont mess with it.
Also Stay away from the underdrive pulleys if it is a daily driver.

The waterpump will last years without service.

There is a bolt on the passenger side that is notorious for snapping off, so If it gives you a problem, heat it cherry red and throw some cold water on it, to shrink it.

You then have 60 seconds to start loosening it, before its returned to its original size again.

The stock motorcraft water pumps they put in those cars had amazing longetivity for their time. I never knew anyone with one of these cars who replaced the original pump before 100k miles. I think when I had my 90 5.0 the pump lasted like 145k which isn't anything special by todays standards, but back in 1990 that was not common. Mine lasted so long it didn't even start leaking through the seal, the bearings went bad first.

Cause its a small amoutn of Hp gain with UDP's, also you may have cooling/charging issues that will drive you nuts from the pulleys. I had mine on for a while and went crazy trying to find out why my battery always went dead and car over heating. Took em off and now my charging system and battery are fine for over a year. Also the car has not over heated since i took them off. Now you you only drive it to the track on the weekends than they can be worth it.
