Default Flowmater tailpipes drop control arm?

Ok so I bought these http://www.flowmastermufflers.com/pr...oducts_id=3918
Must I drop the control arms to put these on? Or can I fit them over the axel as is? Just curious before I go out and tackle it I want to make sure I have time before the Super Bowl.

you shouldn't have to drop the control arms..just let the rear hand down..meaning place jack stands under the torque boxes

You can gain a few more inches of clearance by unbolting the rear shocks.

Yup, put jackstands under the body so the rear suspension is not under load.. will give you the clearance to get those suckers on. Good luck.
