i go tmy new 94 gt and i need help
hey, i traded my white 5.0 and cash for a bright atlantic blue 94 gt, my dream car..but the car overheats instantly, after 10 min of drving, it smokes and overheats, the sensor says low coolant even tho its full. Could it be a thermostat? also i checked the radiator fluid, it was all white and milky which i think is part of the problem.
Now heres my next question, the car has 147k on the orig 5.0, could eb rebuilt not sure, car ahs some bals, has full exhasut and a cai and chip. I want a kenne bell very badly, should i charge this 5.0 and go for broke, or go for my real dream and drop in a 03 cobra motor tranny and interior on this car? let me know thanks guys..

if you got oil in the coolant...you most likely have a blown head gasket, or I've even seen a water pump implode on a 94 gt and knick a small hole in the timing cover but in that case you'd have coolant in the oil not the other way around

if it in fact is getting oil in the coolant....your not doing any good by running it and if it's salvagable and you keep doing that then eventually by overheating it.it will be a total loss.. and by draining the coolant if in fact the head gasket is blown will be a waste of time and money
