throttle problems

I've had this problem for a while now... when ever i go to push the gas the first time, every time, i go out to drive, the pedal sticks and it's hard to push down. what could be my problem here?

i had this problem once it happened when i turned the idle screw to far down

Bindage in the throttle cable, sticky throttle body.

yup! i just bumped my idle up a little bit. also, get some graphite lube, and put it down ther throttle cable and work the throttle back anf forth. repeat. this should help a bunch too.
