with proper boost level and sufficient tune.. twin turbos are fine for the street...it'll all depend on your core build if it's too much for the street......you could have a 300 hp twin turbo set up or a 600 hp twin set up.. the higher you go the tougher it'll be to use all those 600 ponies on the street safely

is it possible to tune it in yourself? theres no dynoes at all where i live unless i make a trip to seattle

ive never messed with turbos before, i guess to add on to my question, do you have to tune your car a totally different way if you have turbos?

you'll need an adequate fuel system and have to have spark advance set correctly and have a boost retard set up.....basically you need to determine what boost level you want to run thenwe can answer the rest of your questions......but you'll need to have something to monitior a/f and be aware that on a boosted car detonation is it's worst enemy..which is what you'll be tuning to avoid
