actually the waterpump pulley does get replaced... i believe the water pump pulley is larger. the crank pulley is smaller. small to big means it spins the pump slower.
How would i be able to tell if the fan clutch is shot? just let the car heat up and open to hood to see if the fan is spinning?

yeah... it's a pain to install! haha. i actually had the radiator out when i did it and it was still a pain.

the fan is easyto replace 5 bolts and its out and you just slide it out with the fan cowl

does your fan draw enough airflow over the radiator at idle?
if not , get an electric or aftermarket
