I guess you can get away from using your stock rockers but I would reccomend getting a set of roller rockers. Pushrods should work but I would check the rocker geometry. Without a doubt you will have to have valve springs. What are your other mods? If you are just putting a cam in a stock engine you aren't going to see any performance improvement just a lumpy idle.

CAM CHANGE = VALVETRAIN UPGRADE= SPRINGS, LOCKS and RETAINERS......with that you may have to clearance the factory rockers for reuse........and when setting up valvetrain you always should check for proper geometry..don't short cut it

RE: E303 CAM.... please help
What are you trying to accomplish with the bigger cam? No, different length pushrods are to correct rocker to valve tip geometry it has nothing to do with valve lift. If you wanta bigger cam you have to have valve springs, retainers, and locks to match the camshaft.

I think what Summit was saying was you can use that cam with stock heads and short block without piston to valve clearance issues. If you call them back they will tell you valve springs and rockerswill have to be changed if nothing else

I know you don't have a Trick Flow cam but this spring kit will work with this cam, everything is included and they are for stock heads. I used this on a set of E7TE heads and the Trick Flow stage one cam and didn't have a problem.
