What is this? its behind my fuse pannel. 1988 LX 5.0

often tomes cars with other options may have used that plug....usually one wire harness was used for the car and if the options were added the harness had the capability...maybe it goes up to a few of the dummy switches on the cluster..mine has two plugs plugged into the dummy switch on the left side and it does nothing...evERYTIME i REMOVE THE CLUSTER i JUST UNPLUG THEM AND THEN PUT THEM RIGHT BACK AS TO NOT DANGLE ALL OVER THE PLACE
