Default late model chassis under a mustang

my dad his this late model race car, well actually its a super 4 car but its basically the same thing just smaller, but ive been wondering if its possible to put a mustang body on it, put in a motor and make it street legal, my personal opinion is that it would be the safest car around on the street

anything is possible.....I've seen a mustang body on a full size bronco chasis before
