Default steering wheel parts

ok im trying to put in a new steering wheel and the adapter looks like it will alow me to reuse my factory 3 prong contacts for the horn? is this right? followed by the steering wheel adapter and wheel?

its a grand adaptor and it just says that you need to reuse factory turn signal indicator if equiped and that this plate with the 3 holes and copper plate goes and the other 2 coper plated go on each side of the steering wheel adaptor. just sitting it there it looks like this will work with the factory contacts and just figure out what 2 wires are for the horn but i dont know there is no wiring in the car yet
