Default head stud and girld questions

Simple really.

Just wondering if anyone uses any other brand besides ARP for their head studs, and if it really makes that big of a difference. Same for main girdles, is something like procomp not worth it?

I think Trick Flow, Ford racing, Edelbrock, and AFR all sell studs but as far as i know they are just repackaged arp studs. ARP is the best hands down
