Default Scat Rotating Assemblies

Has anyone used them? I was looking through the summit mag I got today and was making plans for my 351 build and the have one with 12:1 compression for under $1000. How good are they on the balances and there tolerances?

I have heard nothing but good things about scat and most of the engine builders that I talk to prefer scat over any other rotating assembly. But, to each is own and I personally prefer scat.

Scat is good to go. I haven't seen FullAuto since I've been back, is he still around? He'll hook you up

Did you order it and then just put it together and double checking as you went or did you have a shop do it for you??

Check cncmotorsports.com for pricing. They had the best price for my rods. Sometimes they have better pricing on Ebay, just check both before you buy from Summit. They beat Summit by $20 on a set of rods.

The budget rotating assemblies from Scat are good.
