manual swap?
 

K guys im probably going to be doing a manual swap over spring break. Or when ever i get out of classes for the summer, pretty sure im going to go with either the astroperformance or the TKO 600, my question is about the computer. Every were i look i see that half of the guys use the original aod computer while the other half swap out the old computer for a manual computer????? does it mattter, what have you guys done?[:@]

i know when i did mine i started with the aod computer and then switched to the 5 speed one and found no difference between the two. i just swapped to the 5 speed one cuz i had it laying around from the donner car.

i think when it gets to the sn95 cars it matters more..cuz both my 94 and my buddies 95 responded terrible to using teh aode computer after the manual swap...once a manual (T4mo) computer was put in it was like it came stock...with the foxs ive noticed a lot more people running the stock computer and it not being a problem..and as for the 50/50...ya i got that kinda info when i was askin around before i did mine..so just experiment
