When i turn left i get a terrible squeeking noise from my from left tire. I'm pinpointing it on a tie rod end or a ball joint. Anyone else have this problem before ?

Its been doing it awhile, its just really starting to annoy me now. Kindof embarrasing too when theres a bunch of people around and theres a horrible squeeking noise coming from my car....

I am putting my money on ball joint since they are supposed to have a wear indicator the squeeks

if it does it while sitting still and turning the wheel...see if you can put a stephascope on it to narrow down noise most likely balljoint or tie rod

Yea, it sure does. I guess i'll replace it next friday....payday...

Ball joint. Put a plastic inflator needle in the end of your grease gun and poke a very small hole in the ball joint boot. Use the needle to inject grease into the ball joint. Mine has been quiet for years since I did that. Of course, check for play to make sure it isn't worn, if tight like mine, then grease it up.
