Default cats

I want to change the stock exhaust I have in my 95 gt...can I use headers and mufflers and go without cats?...yes I live in a county without emissions

yes you can do anything you want to the exhaust since you dont have emissions

I havent looked at the o2 sensors yet...how many o2 sensors are there and do I need to keep them all?

Yes you need to keep both of them, one on each side. most all off road H or X pipes come with the threaded bung already welded into the pipes where the O2 sensors are installed. just unplug the old ones and carefully remove them from the stock pipe before you remove it, then reinstall them in the new pipes after you install them and you will be fine.
