Default Steering column

My wheel has play in it and without a wheel puller I took it apart enough to see there is a bearing in the very top of the column that is definitly wore out. anyone know if that part is available on its own or is it just easier to replace the whole column.

Default RE: Steering column

you should be able to get just that one bearing at the Ford dealer, no need to replace the whole steering column IMO.
and you can borrow a steering wheel puller from Autozone or buy an inexpensive one at the auto parts store, don't try to remove the steering wheel without one.
