400 to do a fox heater core with a/c??? ehhh.....not gonna happen around here!!!! try double that......book time for a shop is 8 hrs around here with labor rates getting close to 100 dollars an hour plus if the a/c works..you gotta charge it back up when done and hope it has been converted to 134a cause r -12 around here is a pretty penny if you can still find someone who has some

good stuff, Im doinbg this soon, just need to find the parts. Who sells the good ones? Ford OEM cores that is. Dont you also need a restrictor or something in the inlet hose?

A new core is like $20......throw the old one out, and replace it....whether it is good or bad

i'm such an idiot. i bought 4 jugs of 50/50 coolant mix at 12 bucks a peice today instead of just 2 jugs of pure coolant!!! ARRGH!! lol
