Apparently Magic_man doesnt realize that if he wants a refund so bad.... he needs to contact the person/company he bought it from.
I work at a parts store, an I can completely understand where Bryan is comming from. If someone buys an alternator from me at work, and has a problem. They don't call the company that makes it... they bring it back to me, and I issue a refund (then i send it back to the company, and I get a refund!)
