bleeding a rack
i am going to be replacing my stock steering rack in my 90 5.0 this weekend with an AGR quick ratio rack. i know what im doing the only thing i dont know how to do is bleed the steering rack. if somebody could let me know or send me to a link where i can find out i would appreciate it

replace it, fill up reservoir, car off, steering wheel turned left to right (till it stops and dont spin) 40 times (20 each side), in complete circle till wheel stops.
Go fast.
Stop check fluid level, your set.

Bubbles in the fluid will make the pump a bit noise. This will eventually go away as the fluid sit in the resorvior and the bubbles make their way up.
Don't worry about this not happening right away.
