On my 92 fox,a Trick flow street intake,70mm T body,H-pipes,(5 speed with stock gears in rear),got me from 15-14.8 seconds in the 1/4 mile (stock),to 13.89 seconds 1/4 mile @ sears point Cali. on a very cold day.A intake on a stock engine does indeed make a difference

im with you onyx, why are you using an e cam if you want to spin to 6500? At least get an f cam if you want to be cheap. As for an intake, nothing beats a gt40 tubular intake and will be plenty for a 302 just port out the lower.

the reason i want to use the e303 is because i already have 1.7rr and i still have stock pistons and im not just gonna put the intake on a stock motor im doin gt40 irons the intake which im unsure about and a cam also going to do injectors, fuel pump, tb

if you think the e cam is a bad choice do you have any suggestions on a cam with my 1.7's on stock pistons

well i would like to have a bigger cam to make more high rpm power but im trying to keep this cheap with stock pistons and just fresh rings and bearings

what about cheap engine kits i found a 347 from coast high performance for $800 with crank rods pistons forged flat tops rings and bearings is there any cheaper than that if so where, and how much is the machine work for a 347
