and i found this from a buddy

1990 5.0 H.O. 302 out of a Mustang GT
The motor has a Steel Crank
The Motor is a roller Motor
Heads are Stock casting.
Valves are stock and No grooving, No Porting,
They've had everything but Valve work
Crain 1.7 Roller Rockers on Heads
Trick Flow Push Rods Custom made for Motor
Ford Motorsport heavy duty Springs can handle
up to 600 on cam
Lift on the Cam w/roller rockers is 542
and the Duration is 320
The Cam is Ford Motorsport - F Cam
the lift on F cam is 1.6 but is jumped up
30 thousandth's
Intake is Edlebrock Performance Matched to the
BBK Headers
there might be new timing gears.
Motor Kick's in at either 1500 or 2500 RPM
and pulls to 6500 RPM almost a 7000 RPM motor
but not quite.


It has Approx. 1000 Miles

well since you have a 95 the ecm are a littler sensitive...you may need a tune to correct/compensate for any idle concerns you will encounter

he wont have any idle problems with a dinky cam like the F

and the duration on the cam is NOT 320°
its 224° intake and 224° exhaust, measured at .050 lift
