Whats up guys im having my motor put together now and was wondering if anyone could tell me if this will be a good set up.Its a 306 w/keith black pistons stock crank a pretty simple short block and i have the holley systemax kit.I wasnt sure if i should stick with the holley cam it came with or go with something else does anyone have a similar setup and if so what kind of numbers are you pulling.

sounds exactky like his set up. i believe he was running 11's

also look on youtube i believe iceman271offroad i believe was his screen name. he posted several vids of what it could do

The kit is okay...

I would swap out the camshaft and valve springs for a custom set.

there was some guy on here had that kit and was hitting 12.60's. dunno the gears and the injector size but im assuming 24 lbs. sounds like its a pretty good kit
