Default Parking brake adjustment on a 92' GT

Hey does anyone happen to know how to adjust the parking brake on a 92' GT? I put disk brakes on the rear and there is no way to adjust the e-brake from the rear calipers. Also, under the car where the one splits into two I dont believe theres a way to adjust there. Does it need to be done from inside the car?
Please let me know thanks alot,

If you lift the parking brake and nothing happens then the cable is probably too long. If that is the problem then you would probably just need to cut the cable at one end and shorten or cut in the middle and use some clamps to tie the shortened pieces together.

This is of course if they don't make something out there that fixes the posing problem.

OK I'll keep that in mind... but it seems as though there would be a way to adjust the cable... FYI: I have the Stainless Steel Brakes rear disk conversion.
anyone have any guesses?
Thanks again,
