LOL, good heads up on the pilot bearinhg 90% chance I would have forgotten it!

why would I need a different comp if its not an AODE?


I probalby will need a list of all the brackets tha go with the TV cable.

One, how much do you want for the tranny and pedal assembly?
Two, the reason a 5 speed fly won't work if you are wondering is that it doesn't have the holes needed for the torque converter to bolt up.

I didn't ask about the flywheel....

I asked about the computer. The AOD has a governer, and isn't computer controlled, why do I need a different computer?

I think a local guy wants the pedal assy., I'll post for sale on here if not.

dang i wish i woulda takin up my cousins offer. he told me he would drive my car down to st louis cuz thats where he lives i woulda told you that you coulda swaped everything with mine.

If going from a 5 speed to AUTO......... u don't need to replace the computer.......better ET actually...

BUT CALL FORD AND TELL THEM THE NUMBERS OFF OF IT....... and the set-up..... it does matter... and CPU's have different firing orders and what-have-yous

so I DO NOT need to replace the computer since I am going to an automatic right?

But still call them and tell them the numbers to be safe??? Or if thats if i was getting a new ECM?
