you also have to have the car on the ground when you weld them up. I don't know for sure but thats what i've read

The car does not have to be on the ground, but it needs to be positioned the way it would be if it were on the ground......

In other words, use a lift where the car drives onto it.....or jack it up, and rest the wheels down on blocks (Thats what I did)

The reason is, you want the car straight when you weld it up. If the car is all twisted up on jackstands, you weld it tight that way....and it will be twisted forever [:@]

Imagine yourself at the 1/4 mile facing off with a car of similiar Hp and Trq.


Your opponent in the game has subframe connectors, lower and upper control arms with stiff urethane bushings, and or other suspension mods.


When you both take off, he is gonna get the jump and smoke you.


Circumstances apply, while you cant feel anything, your et will show it.
