looks likebrand new stuff??....someone must of forgot to check cam timing or ptv?? don't see any valve reliefs in those pistons either

well... you asked how it happened... sooo.....

The piston hit the valve...

Probably had way to large of a cam in it and the pistons werent notched properly, or at all for that fact. and bam.. It looks fake just because everything is so clean. But that could have been on the initial startup or the valves floated at high rpms and kissed the pistons.... or the keepers werent installed properly and the valve dropped. I think I would go with that one...

Well whoever he had build the motor for him really miscalculated. Pretty expensive F-up.
