are these traction bars even for a fox? and another susp. question.
I was doing some searches about suspension mods trying to figure out what to do. I saw some traction bars for foxes and it looks like it bolts into the lower control arm spot and takes the place of a lower control arm?
are these bars even for a fox?
and I havn't found a reason why to run a solid or adjustable control arm over the other, and what the exact diff. is.
And how do you weld up the torque boxes? are there any tutorials about this?

i couldnt tell you if those are for a fox but yes they do make traction bars for a fox i dont know of anyone that usesthem because they arent needed. the adjustable upper control arms are very good because you can set your pinion angle which will have a hell of a lot let stress on your drive shaft it lines everything up perfectly. withthe lower adjustables they help center the axel in the wheel well. and they are a lot stronger and give much better traction over the stock ones. the solid ones are great upgrades as well. as for welding the torque boxes just use the search you will find something on it. all you do is finish the welding on them because they were just spot welded in which isnt very strong at all.

raven they make control arms that look just like that but i dont know if those are the right ones. they bolt in the same place as the control arms and have an extra loop that goes around the axel like those do

i like hpm mega bite jrs
they are not adjustable, but have 2 settings to use when you put them in, for diff pinion angles but you need to remove them to change.
1 is for 130% increase the other for like 165% increase (those numbers are off the top of my head.....thats just to give an idea...thats not what they are exactly)
you can find them used all day long for about $150, new are about $239
they will eliminate ALL wheel hop, and hook very well

well, I'm just trying to figure out what i'm going to do about suspension.
I knew they didn't replace CA. I might have worded that poorly.
and is the differene between and adjustable, and non-adjustable CA is that you can adjust the pinion angle with the adjustable ones?
why would one want to run a solid?
And still, is there a proceudre for welding the torque boxes? how exactly is it done?
