Default Lakewood Traction action lift bars

I am looking into getting some control arms for my 89 fox notch. I am looking at the Lakewood Traction Action Lift Bar Kit.

http://store.summitracing.com/partde...p;autoview=sku

I am wondering for the people that have them out there if you use the adjustability feature that they have. I am figureing on running a 26.1" tall tire in the back and was wondering what the ground clearance on the rear end is just for my own knowledge (wanna know if the car will make it out of my driveway). The car is mainly a track car but does see the street when i want to mess around or impress people.

Thanks for the info

To be honest, I am not all that familiar with that type of set-up, I have always ran the UPR adjustable uppers and lowers with adjustable drag shocks in the rear.

As far as your tire question, I can't see you having an issue driving it on the street, not unless I am missing something...

I have the umi lift bars but they just have a plate hanger where they meet the axle.not that wierd bracket thingy.

when I put them on the angle of the driveshaft was off lucky I bought the adjustable uppers so I could adjust the pinion angle.

those look like they do the same thing just with a much easyer bracket to put on maybe those are setup to keep stock pinion angle or the prefered pinion angle.

Mine hooked nice!!!really well after I put them until I lowered the car...

I would buy that one just for the easyer install!! It looks like it does the same thing as a lift bar
