Default transmission help asap

I cant figure this out for the life of me.There was this bolt on the top driver side of the tranny its threaded in and came out with an allen wrench.Looks like it is a torque wrench.Anywyas Iloosened it all the way and now my car wont go into 5th and reverse. If I tighten it all the way the shifter wont even move.Back it out to where the shifter can move again and still wont go into 5th or reverse.Help quickly thanks

I believe you have to open the tranny up to fix that. I think that is the bolt you are told not to remove.
