repeat question im sure...
ok so i kno the pullies arent too expensive but money is money... so if i were to just remove my ac, and my smog pump, does anyone know what size belt i need to fit them without the aftermarket pullies?

RE: repeat question im sure...
use string and bypass it with the tensioner in place and current belt on.
the part # for most is just the length w/ a 60 in front of it denoting 6 ribs, and a 5 for 1/2"
so a gates ko60695 is a 6 rib, 69 1/2" belt (and what you need to bypass smog and PS)

honestly if I were you I'd just buy an a/c eliminator kit and a smog pump eliminator.. I tried that cheap routw you are and for two years I got sick of the belt stretching and the tensioner eventually pushing the belt to contact the water pump belt side and then tear the belt up so I eventually bought a smog eliminator pulley and no probs since

just bypass your smog pump and buy the ford a/c eliminator kit. If you do it that way, you will need a 73.5' belt. Dont spend your money on a smog pump eliminator kit, dont need one.
