Default 2007 TR-3650 in my 89.

Hey guys, I'm able to get my hands on a 3650 5 speed transmission out of an 07 mustang for a good price. It's got low milage, and is in great shape. I was wondering if this would bolt up to my 302 Bellhousing and If I'd be able to use it in my 89 LX. I'm sure the clutch fork is on the same side, but I dont know what the situation with the spline is. If it will work with my drive shaft and stuff.
But any input is greatly apprecaited. Thanks!!

no, you have to buy a tremec bell housing and a transmission crossmember.People may tell you not to buy the trans cross member, but unless your going to be cheap and rig it, ill tell you from my perspective the trans will rub on a stock trans crossmember-not good! And oh yeah 3650's work great with the right trans fliud (GM Specific Syncromesh-pricy)

The bellhousing on the 3650 is part of the transmission case, which means it can't be removed, which means you can't change the bellhousing, which means you can'tbolt it to anything but a 4.6.
