i had a problem like that and im not sure if its your answer but it could be your ignition switch. One of the tabs were burnt up so you might want to check that and see if any of the copper tabs are burnt

there are two flashers, one for the turn signals and another one for the emergency flashers and they are not the same due to the lower number of lights being flashed.

The flasher on the fusebox is ticking, but there are no green arrows on the dash...And it only clicks when I do the emergancy lights...Not when I press for turn signal.

Oh now I understand what you guys are saying...Just cause my emergancy light flasher is working and clicking, that has nothing to do with why my turn signals are not working because theres two and there seperate. The emergancy light flasher is on the fusebox so where's the other one exactly? My chiltons manuel says its above the fuse box but I cant see it. I dont have to dissasimble anything on the dash do I? After messing with some wires I made both the green arrows come back on the dash while using emergancys, which is progress i suppose. turn signals are still dead

No, when I do the hazard button, the one in the fuse box clicks so signals must be the other one. Chilton book says its behind the reinforcment panel...So I am assuming I have to take that off to see it. I took off a few bolts but the darn panel seems like it dont wanna move. Anyone know how to take off the instrument reinforcement panel to get to the flasher? I dont want to tare apart stuff that I dont have to. In other words...How do I correctly remove the panel to get to this hidden flasher. Thx alot ford for making this sooo accessable!

Well I just took off the panel thx to vfast advice, but theres another panel under it! A metal black one that requires a tool to take it off, ( 2 simple bolts but I just dont have right size) that I am going to buy as we speak. I hope theres no way to accedintly set off the airbag [] I guess different foxes have different flasher locations hmm?
