302 with 351 windsor heads

hi guys im new here and i have a question i have a 88 302 block and i want to know if 351 windsor heads of a 89 ford truck would fit on it thanks.

pretty shure they would fit. why not go with some gt 40s or aluminum 302 heads. im pretty shure the 351 heads weigh even more than the 302 heads.

351 heads have 1/2" bolt holes, 302 engines use 7/16" bolts. You could buy some bolts that step down from 1/2" to 7/16" but they are more expensive than regular head bolts.

I'm pretty sure they are the same exact heads tapped for a different bolt size. I don't remember the years, but I've heard all over that later 351s use the same E7 casting as the Mustang's 5.0.
