started it yesterday....took about 2 hours to take it completely apart...taking my time...its my 1st time doing it. ran into some problems witht he rocker arms. they are the ford racing 1.6...i guess they started to "run" the roller was rubbing against the side and was making a litle grove...and noticed they looked like they got hot... assuming it was the pushrod clearence?....well i ordered the new ones today...installed the new cam...need to get a couple gaskets....have a question how to set the distributor?...any help would be appreciated....thanks guys

what size valves and intake runner on the heads...sorry just curious im in the market for ehads...probably going twisted wedge..but im still shoppin around
