fuel pressure?

ok i have upgraded intake mass air throttle body etc. how do i figure what i should set my fuel pressure at? is there some sort of method beside trial and error?

best way is to get the car on a dyno and use a wide band O2 sensor to check the air/fuel ratio, especially at WOT to make sure it ain't running too lean.
