I got the non-op Mustang today!!!
Hey, for those of you who don't already know or don't remember the discussion earlier. I had a friend that was selling his 1990 Mustang GT that he has completely modified. He snapped his crankshaft, and since then he hasn't worked on it any more. He also needs money to get into the academy, he wants to get into law enforcement. So he was selling the car for $2000.
Well, anyway, enough history, it is now MY car! WOOT!
Yah, it's sitting in the community pool parking lot for now, I'll move it to its permanent storage sometime soon. Man, I'm pretty excited, that Edelbrock Performer stuff will be sooo good in my car, lol.
Unfortunately I don't really have the time now to get anything done with it, that'll have to wait until later.

RE: I got the non-op Mustang today!!!
Hey, If I can afford (and have the space for) an engine hoist and engine stand to completely build the engine from the ground up, I definitely would prefer to do it that way. But I don't have the time for that, don't have the tools for that, and don't have the space for that. At least not now, maybe later.
But I'll let you know how this little project turns out. Should be an enormous improvement.
